All rates based on double occupancy.
Except Suites or larger accommodations which are based on four
person occupancy. Each additional adult is $20.00 with a
maximum of three adults for standard rooms. Children 10-16 are
$5.00 with children under 10 free. Weekly rates apply to any seven
consecutive days except for apartments which require Saturday Check
in and Saturday Check out. All rates apply to rooms booked in
advance and are subject to change without notice.

AND DEPOSITS
One night's deposit
is required for all reservations. Reservations may be made over the
phone or in person. A deposit guarantees that we will hold the room
requested and that you will take the entire period booked.
Reservations may not be shortened after arrival.

CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE
NOTE: Deposits will be forfeited unless notice of
cancellation is received 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival or if
guest arrives on a later date than confirmed. All other
cancellations will be charged a $30.00 Cancellation Fee. Early
checkouts will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the
same policy.
