RESERVATIONS
AND DEPOSITS
One night's deposit
is required for all reservations. Reservations may be made over the
phone or in person. A deposit guarantees that we will hold the room
requested and that you will take the entire period booked.
Reservations shortened after arrival are subject to our cancellation
policy. Please read our cancelation policy before submitting
your deposit.
CANCELLATIONS
PLEASE
NOTE:
Deposits will be forfeited unless
notice of cancellation is received two weeks prior to scheduled
arrival or if guest arrives at a later date than scheduled.
Luxury units may be subject to a longer cancellation period.
All other cancellations will be charged a $20.00 cancellation fee.
Early check-outs will be treated as cancellations unless changes
were made prior to the two week cancellation period.

PAYMENT
Balance is due upon arrival at check-in. Major credit cards
are accepted.
Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only.
